EinsteinKit is an educational and organizational tool. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and using EinsteinKit does not create an attorney-client relationship. Results, scores and estimates are based on what you tell us and are not a prediction of any USCIS decision. Talk to a licensed immigration attorney before you file anything.

Your account

You’re responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. Only share information that is accurate and that you have the right to share.

Paid plans

EinsteinKit doesn’t charge for the app today. If we introduce paid plans, we’ll tell you before anything changes for your account, and you won’t be charged without agreeing first.

Opportunities and third parties

We point you to opportunities run by other organizations. We don’t control them and can’t guarantee you’ll be accepted or that a given opportunity will count as evidence in your case.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service, try to access other people’s data, or use EinsteinKit to create false or misleading evidence.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make important changes, we’ll let you know.
