Hi, I’m Sai Veda
Co-founder of AppliedCrew, previously VP of Engineering at Zams. Based in San Francisco.
I'm a software engineer and founder in San Francisco. My O-1A was approved in January 2026, and my own company's petition was approved in October 2026, both without an RFE. So many people asked how I did it that I turned my process into EinsteinKit.
The short story
January 2026. I was head of engineering at a startup in San Francisco, and my parents were with me when the email came in. That night the three of us celebrated in a city they had only seen in my photos.
August 2026. On a visa, a shutdown is more than losing a job. I could have joined another startup and let their lawyers handle it, but I started my own company, AppliedCrew, instead.
October 2026. Fifteen business days later, I checked my phone on a gym floor after a workout. Approved, and again with no RFE.
